Responsibilities
- Provide technical support across enterprise network environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents.
- Work across routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and technical documentation.
- Work as part of a shift-based team to ensure continuous support coverage.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills.
Technical Environment
- Cisco networking (routing and switching).
- Fortinet / FortiGate firewalls.
- Enterprise network environments.
Skills / Must Have
- BSc in Computer Networks, Cyber Security, or a related field, or CCNA certification.
- Early-career or graduate-level candidates preferred.
- Not suitable for current students.
- Strong interest in network engineering rather than cloud-focused roles.
- Committed to building a long-term career in networking.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and self-development.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
- Must demonstrate progression, curiosity, and a strong drive to develop, rather than remaining stagnant in the same role.

Working Pattern
- Harrogate-based (2 days per week onsite)
- Shift rotation:
- 2 days (7am - 7pm)
- 2 nights (7pm - 7am)
- 4 days off
