You will provide best in class customer experience, log contacts into ITSM tools, troubleshoot using knowledge bases, and collaborate with service desk colleagues to route unresolved tickets to the right teams. Onsite shifts Tue-Fri 1 pm to 6 pm and a hourly rate with benefits are offered.
