We are seeking aproactive and highly organised Business Support Senior Administrator to joinour friendly team based at our Capital Court site in Exeter. Youmay, however, be asked to occasionally work from another CFHD office withinExeter.

This pivotal role provides essential administrative andcustomer facing support to our pathways, helping to ensure the smooth,efficient, and professional running of the service each day.

You will work closely with your business support colleagues,frontline clinicians, and managers delivering collaborative, accurate, andreliable secretarial and administrative support across the team.

This is a permanent position working 18.75 hours perweek.

Main duties of the job

Diary management

Use of electronicsystems

Preparation ofelectronic and paper files

Producing lettersand reports

Assisting withreporting and compilation of data

Processing ofincoming correspondence

Providing excellentcustomer service by responding to face to face and telephone queries in atimely and accurate way

Support to clinicalteam members

Person Specification Experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Willing to undertake training relevant to the post
  • Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures
  • Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience within a customer care, healthcare, education or social care setting
Qualifications
  • Good general education e.g. GCSEs or equivalent
  • NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience
