The rapidly growing technology consultancy that is looking to hire a Junior IT Engineer to join their team in London. This is an ideal opportunity for someone coming out of college, university, an apprenticeship, or with 1-2 years of IT support experience who wants to build a long-term career in infrastructure and networking.
Responsibilities:
- Building, configuring and deploying laptops and end-user devices
- Supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Setting up headsets, peripherals and user workstations
- Managing support tickets and change requests
- Supporting new application rollouts and deployments
- Assisting with vulnerability scanning and remediation activities
- Working with Lenovo and Dell hardware platforms
- Supporting Meraki networking environments
- Assisting with Proxmox infrastructure administration
- Providing day-to-day IT support across the business
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- College, university or apprenticeship background in IT
- 1-2 years of IT Support experience is beneficial
- Strong interest in networking and infrastructure
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Experience with Microsoft 365 is advantageous
- Exposure to hardware deployment and user support

Salary:
- Up to £28,000 basic salary
