An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Executive Business Unit Administration Team.
The post holder will provide PA support to the Board Chief Executive's diary, emails, Board business and performance management framework of NHS Grampian, by providing an efficient and organised senior secretarial and administrative service. This will include comprehensive support and administration of meetings including NHS Grampian's Board Meetings, Board Seminars, Annual Reviews and Performance Meetings.
Extensive high level secretarial and administrative experience, coupled with advanced minute taking skills, is essential. The post holder will have a pleasant and professional manner and a flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work in a busy and challenging environment, prioritising and organising workload within tight time-scales and deadlines.
Liaising with key stakeholders, the successful candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision whilst being a good team player, solution orientated and proactive, with good time management skills.
This is a varied, interesting and demanding post which will offer considerable job satisfaction to the right person.
