Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is seeking a Service Desk Support Analyst to join our IT team. You will be the first point of contact for staff, elected members and external agencies, resolving incidents and service requests to keep our digital services running smoothly.
You'll install and configure hardware and software, manage mobile devices, support Office 365 and Active Directory, and contribute to IT projects while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
