24/7 Urgent Mental Health Call Navigator

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust seeks a dedicated call handler for the Initial Response Service (IRS). You will engage with distressed individuals, triage urgent referrals, and provide support while coordinating with clinical teams to ensure timely access to the right care.

The role requires handling calls across a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, with two-week cycles of day, twilight and night shifts. You will contribute to efficient triage, data recording and ongoing service development.
