Manchester City Council is seeking a Visitor Experience Lead for Heaton Park to shape and deliver an outstanding visitor experience. The role combines strategy with operational delivery, leading events, education, engagement and volunteering into a cohesive programme.
You will manage budgets, oversee teams, and work with Partnerships and Operations to strengthen community involvement and income generation. Some evening/weekend work is required.
