You will be joining a busy and diverse technology function that supports multiple business areas, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, analysing business processes, supporting project delivery, and helping to drive successful adoption of new technologies and systems. You will act as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

• 2-3 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience analysing complex business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team.
• Experience supporting projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Comfortable working with third-party suppliers and external partners.
• Positive, proactive approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
