Gofractional is seeking a confident, delivery-focused UX Designer for a 6-month fixed-term contract at Salford Quays, Manchester. You will work on improving web and app retention journeys, simplifying complex flows and reducing friction for customers.
Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Care and Research, you'll create wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes, while balancing quick wins with longer-term improvements within the existing design system.
