ERP Transformation Lead - Retail IT (Hybrid)

Fashion & Retail Personnel is seeking an IT Manager (Business Applications) to lead the delivery of business-critical applications and manage a major ERP transformation. You will supervise a team of application specialists, coordinate testing, training and data migration, and ensure continuity across ERP, WMS and OMS platforms.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance, and project leadership across multiple sites, with Oracle Retail experience considered highly advantageous.
