Starting Point Recruitment is seeking a Lead CNC Programmer & Machinist for a Milton Keynes operation. This permanent, full-time role puts you in charge of programming through to production, with responsibility for quality and process improvement in high-precision components.

You'll mentor others, work on aerospace, defence and advanced engineering projects, and have the chance to progress toward Production Manager as the company scales.
