Cloud Infrastructure EngineerApplyremote type: Hybridlocations: London, UKtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdaytime left to apply: End Date: August 29, 2026 (30+ days left to apply)job requisition id: JR101614Focus on designing and implementing infrastructure and automation solutions to ensure a smooth working platform What this role will do: • Architect and deploy cloud solutions using AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform to support the platform and its plugins, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. • Leverage GitHub Actions, Python, and Bash to automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment pipelines, and operational workflows, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual effort. • Use Prometheus and Grafana to monitor infrastructure health, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve performance, availability, and cost efficiency. • Implement security best practices at every layer of the infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safeguarding client deployments. • Work cross-functionally to align infrastructure with project goals, contribute to RFPs, and create comprehensive documentation for new and existing cloud infrastructure to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity. Skills required: • Proven experience in managing infrastructure on AWS in a DevOps/SRE role. • Strong experience managing infrastructure with IaC (Terraform preferred) and writing automation workflows (GitHub actions preferred). • Proficient with Python and bash scripting. • Experience around building and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters. • Knowledge of security best practices and the ability to implement security controls at the infrastructure level. • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc. • Evaluate the existing setup and identify areas of improvements and cost optimisation.Commitment to create positive environmental value for our clients across sectors, helping them shape the future of their sustainability transition About us SLR are global leaders in Sustainability Solutions, helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals.
