The Deepings Practice is seeking a Surgical Operations and Development Lead to oversee the delivery, development and growth of our NHS and private surgical services. You will work with the Practice Manager and Clinical Lead GP to drive operational excellence across community surgical services and cataract pathways.
You will lead the administration team, coordinate theatre activity, manage patient journeys and develop Welland Clinic Ltd's private healthcare offerings.
