Joining the R&D team, the Lead Backend Engineer, reporting directly to the Head of Software, will play an essential role in R&D to drive profitable and sustainable growth, whilst upholding company values.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in C++, with a passion for building scalable, high-quality applications. The Lead Backend Engineer will be responsible for leading the development of the backend stack, ensuring best practices are followed, and collaborate closely with front-end engineers and the Product team to deliver highly efficient systems.
