An experienced PMO Analyst will support the CTO and Specialty Transformation Committee (STC) governance, working closely with the central PMO team to provide structure, standardised reporting, and stakeholder management across a portfolio of projects. The role will facilitate governance processes, deliver regular governance packs, and ensure delivery compliance with group standards. This permanent position requires commuting to London.
Key Accountabilities Project GovernanceEnsure smooth facilitation and relevance of governance processes and documentation, embed appropriate controls, and maintain programme momentum.
Develop, maintain and present concise, accurate reporting from PMs to the PMO and out to boards and stakeholders.
Provide clear standards and processes for the escalation of RAID items, centralise management and maintain a consolidated view for governance boards.
Coordinate and support key governance meetings, ensuring effective decision making.
Act as a trusted adviser to PMs, enabling risk and issue mitigation.
Project SupportAssist the programme team by delivering tailored support for project managers, standardising services where feasible while retaining flexibility for diverse cultures and experience levels.
Develop trusted relationships within Howden Specialty to ensure issues are understood and mitigated.
Stakeholder ManagementPrepare clear presentations and reports for diverse audiences, consolidating multiple inputs into concise formats.
Support programme leadership with the management of key internal stakeholders, especially those focused on controls and governance.
Provide accurate, tailored reporting and regular communications to keep stakeholders updated on programme developments.
Act as a pivotal member of the central programme team, facilitating communication, issue management, and cross team collaboration.
