Outcomes First Group is seeking an IT Support Field Engineer to join the Group IT team. This field-based role covers the South West region, providing 2nd/3rd line support across schools, services and offices.
You will work with varied technologies, managing AD, M365/Azure, devices, and security while travelling to sites as needed. An ITIL background and customer-focused approach are essential.
