White Label IT in Farnborough is seeking a proactive IT support specialist to join our global team. You will handle support queries by phone and email, provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for PC hardware, software, and common issues, and log tickets according to defined processes.
You will diagnose and resolve end-user IT problems, assist with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and similar tools, and support basic network monitoring and access management.
