You will join a team of Retrofit Coordinators, Assessors and Designers to coordinate domestic retrofit programmes delivered to PAS 2035, improving homes across North Yorkshire. You will help shape solutions that are practical, compliant and deliver measurable benefits for residents and clients.
Importantly, our retrofit work is not dependent on ECO funding. We have secured Warm Homes funding and, as a company wholly owned by North Yorkshire Council, we are an established route for delivering retrofit work funded through allocations made to local authorities, such as Warm Homes projects. This provides a stable, long term pipeline of work. This role is ideal for Retrofit Coordinators who may currently be working on ECO funded schemes and are looking for a more secure future as ECO winds down.
