VIVO is seeking a CAFM/administration professional in Harrogate to manage Planned Preventive Maintenance and reactive work orders. You will use CAFM software (Maximo preferred) to schedule tasks, track assets, and ensure compliance with SFG20 standards.
You will provide daily support to system users, help collect requirements for improvements, and produce clear reports on progress and asset status. The role includes assisting the Site Manager with weekly and monthly reports and may involve
