About the role
  • This is a full time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered
  • We know that having a work life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
  • The base location for this role is Innovate House, Balliol Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne
What you'll do
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Shop Development Team
  • Place orders for Equipment for New Shops, Re Sites and Refits and to follow up and complete the processing of the same
  • Place Orders for Planning and Building Control
  • Place Equipment Orders for Roll Out Projects
  • Liaise with Suppliers / Contractors on any queries and delivery Issues

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Experience of, and the ability to multi task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at pace

Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Multi tasking and working with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales

You are self motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
