About the Internship Program
You will be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program over 3-6 months to work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
Responsibilities
- System Development - Develop functional modules based on requirement documents, write high quality maintainable code, and ensure the completeness of system functions and timely delivery.
- Architecture Design - Design and review technical solutions, formulate system scalability plans, and ensure the rationality and extensibility of the architecture.
- Technical Problem Solving - Resolve complex technical issues, optimize system performance and stability, and improve service availability and response efficiency.
- Collaboration and Support - Collaborate with product and testing teams to implement requirements, provide technical implementation plans, and drive project delivery on schedule.
- Quality Assurance - Establish coding standards and a quality monitoring system to reduce system failure rates.
- Technology Research - Track emerging technology trends and industry best practices, conduct technical validation and preliminary research, and promote the adoption of new technologies in business scenarios.
