Digital Services are looking for an individual to join our Digital Application and Product (DAP) team as a Digital Support Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, develop valuable skills, and gain hands on experience supporting digital transformation across our borough. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in digital technology and keen to learn.
Our apprenticeships combine working in a great job, with training, development, and a competitive salary. You will be given dedicated time in your working week to focus on your studies. You will also have access to a network of colleagues from within the organisation and tutors to support your learning.
The Level 3 Digital Support Technician apprenticeship consists of a 24 month opportunity to learn and to provide support to the DAP: Parking, Environment and Communities team. We are responsible for managing and supporting the core digital systems used across Environment and Climate Change, Homes and Neighbourhoods and Community Wealth Building services, making sure they operate effectively day to day, are set up correctly, and continue to improve through planned projects and system upgrades.

Job responsibilitiesAfter you have successfully completed your apprenticeship, you will have gained valuable workplace experience and attained your Level 3 qualification.
