IT PMO / Business Analyst - Banking Transformation Projects - London

Salary: £50,000-60,000

Location: London, The City

Working model: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)

• Deliver PMO, Business Analyst, Product Management services
• Lead IT BPR initiatives across lending, capital markets, transaction banking, trade finance, settlement, core banking
• Build trusted client relationships and identify value creation opportunities
• Collaborate with partner teams to ensure high quality execution
• Operate autonomously with proactive communication

• Previous consulting or project delivery experience
• Knowledge, insight, and hands on experience in corporate banking or capital markets projects
• Experience in IT or operational transformation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, other tools
• Awareness of cloud, AI, and cybersecurity trends
• End to end project lifecycle experience
• Requirements definition, UAT planning, stakeholder engagement
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO)
