Technical Analyst (Defined Benefits) - Salary starting from c. £35,000

A bit about the job:You'll join our growing BPA team in Norwich, providing pensions technical support across all stages of the Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) journey. This includes the initial deal stage through onboarding and system implementation to our in house administration teams.
Alongside day to day support of the BPA business, you will be responsible for signing off schemes on our administration system, ensuring the accurate delivery of automated calculations and member documentation. You will develop a strong understanding of complex benefits as well as regulatory and legislative changes.
As a subject matter expert, you will also contribute to wider propositional and change activity within the business, helping to enhance how we deliver BPA solutions.
