Chartwells Independent is seeking a Kitchen Administrator for the Nourish kitchen at EICC in Edinburgh. The role focuses on admin processes, records, procurement support, stock control, invoice processing and supplier communications.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment while supporting chefs, kitchen managers, suppliers and the wider operations team.
