The role partners with compensation, HR, payroll, tax, and finance stakeholders, plus service and delivery teams, across Jersey and London portfolios.
You will apply strong technical knowledge of equity and non-equity plans with project management discipline to ensure compliant implementations and high client satisfaction in a hybrid environment.
