Metadata Lead: At Ageas, we are on a mission to unlock the full value of our data, and we are looking for an experienced Metadata Lead to play a pivotal role in making this a reality. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our enterprise metadata capability, shaping how data is discovered, governed and trusted across the organisation.
As the Metadata Lead, you will own the vision and roadmap for our metadata tooling landscape, including Collibra and Unity Catalog, ensuring they operate as a cohesive ecosystem. Working closely with Data Owners, Stewards, IT and the wider data community, you will translate technical and regulatory needs into scalable, business-focused solutions while driving adoption, value realisation and continuous improvement.
