About the roleWe are seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Manager to support and expand our automotive, off highway, and engine customer base across the European market, including the UK. This customer facing technical role is responsible for helping customers evaluate, adopt, and realise value from Secondmind's AI driven Design Space Exploration and Calibration solutions.
Working closely with Account Executives, ML Engineers, and Product teams, you will deliver compelling demonstrations of the Secondmind SaaS AI platform, lead technical evaluations, provide customer training and frontline technical support, and lead proof of concept (PoC) projects for both existing and prospective customers.
Leveraging your experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, off highway, or powertrain engineering, you will help customers understand how Secondmind's AI technology accelerates engineering workflows, improves calibration, and enables more efficient design space exploration.

What will you be responsible for?You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who combines deep technical credibility with genuine enjoyment of customer facing work - comfortable leading workshops, running demos, and translating complex AI and calibration concepts for both engineers and executives.
You're naturally curious about customer problems, energized by proving value through hands on PoCs and pilots rather than just pitching, and equally at ease collaborating internally with ML and Product teams as you are representing the company externally at conferences and customer sites.
