About the role We are seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Manager to support and expand our automotive, off highway, and engine customer base across the European market, including the UK. This customer facing technical role is responsible for helping customers evaluate, adopt, and realise value from Secondmind's AI driven Design Space Exploration and Calibration solutions. Working closely with Account Executives, ML Engineers, and Product teams, you will deliver compelling demonstrations of the Secondmind SaaS AI platform, lead technical evaluations, provide customer training and frontline technical support, and lead proof of concept (PoC) projects for both existing and prospective customers. Leveraging your experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, off highway, or powertrain engineering, you will help customers understand how Secondmind's AI technology accelerates engineering workflows, improves calibration, and enables more efficient design space exploration. What will you be responsible for? Essential Proven experience in a technical role for automotive, powertrain or off highway applications. Experience or understanding of engine calibration and toolchains used as part of calibration. Familiarity with AI/ML methods and their application to engineering, calibration optimisation, or design exploration. Experience in engineering for vehicle, and engine development, and understanding of calibration and use of CAE tools in this space. Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline (Master's preferred).
