The ideal candidate will be an IT Support Engineer that wants to join a growing team that is commutable to Hemel Hempstead.

The Role

• 70% supporting end users dealing with 1st and 2nd line tickets
• Escalating issues to the Senior Engineer when required
• 30% project work - migrations, cyber security etc.
• Microsoft 365 administration tasks

The Person

• Experience within 1st/2nd line role or similar
• Experience with Azure AD and Entra ID
• Experience with M365 services
• Commutable to Hemel Hempstead
