Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester seeks a passionate and hands-on Guest Services Manager to lead our front-line team and deliver exceptional experiences for every guest.
You will coach and develop staff, manage rotas and shifts within budget, and collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service while upholding health and safety standards. Experience with hotel operations and PMS systems is preferred.
