PIB Employee Benefits, part of PIB Group, is reshaping how organisations care for their people. We are looking for a Delivery Specialist to support our Glo client portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver day to day support for benefits technology portals - renewals, launches/changes, updates and resolving client queries within agreed SLAs.
- Support consultants and the wider client facing team with technology services, data processing, reporting and meeting preparation, ensuring compliance, quality and accuracy.
- Build strong relationships with clients and providers through regular communication, providing ad hoc support and a thorough understanding of their schemes.
- Maintain accurate internal systems and client records, share knowledge for effective coverage, and contribute to best practice, continuous improvement and wider employee benefits market knowledge.
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in IT, systems management, business management or similar areas - either employment or higher education.
- Management of own diary & client portfolio; excellent attention to detail, organisational, administrative and collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the employee benefits industry or knowledge of employee benefits operations is desirable but not essential.
