SuccessFactors Senior Employee Central Consultant

We're recruiting for an experienced SuccessFactors Senior Employee Central Consultant to join a leading consultancy, delivering large-scale SAP SuccessFactors programmes for high-profile UK organisations.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in complex HR transformation projects, working with global delivery teams and helping clients maximise the value of their SuccessFactors investment.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
• Configuring Employee Central and supporting integrations.
• Advising clients on SAP SuccessFactors best practice, roadmap and innovation.
• Managing business process design and HR transformation activities.
• Leading cross-functional teams across large, global programmes.
• Working closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver successful outcomes.
• Supporting pre-sales activities, RFP responses and solution demonstrations.
• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the growth of the wider SAP practice.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Proven experience configuring Employee Central and designing integrations.
• Experience leading large, multi-stream implementation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience supporting pre-sales, workshops or client demonstrations.
• Knowledge of supporting technologies such as Qualtrics and SAP WorkZone would be advantageous.
• Passion for HR technology transformation and delivering high-quality client solutions.

Location

• Preston
• Hybrid working with 3 days onsite each week (Tuesday to Thursday).
