You will coordinate strategic planning, communications, work management, employee engagement, budget and reporting across TEI, acting as a trusted advisor to TEI leadership.
You will drive a skills framework, talent strategy and development plan to enable execution of organizational objectives and build a pipeline of top TEI talent.
