Create communications via multiple channels/media, including content for intranet sites, town halls, key leadership and org-wide meetings, posts, newsletters, etc. Collaborate with Corporate Communications to oversee the development and execution of communication plans and content that articulate TEI's vision, strategy and initiatives. Reporting and Analytics Work with the TEI leadership team to develop and track OKRs and KPIs for the organization aligned to overall Invesco/Tech & Ops strategy and goals. Utilize TEI operational and financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support decision-making processes. Leadership Support Provide administrative and operational support to the Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO of TEI and Head of TEI where required. Coordinate and manage leadership team meetings, including agenda setting and follow-up actions. Assist in the development and execution of special projects and initiatives. Collaborate with TEI leaders and across functional teams to identify roadblocks, solve complex problems and assist in developing solutions to ensure execution of key technology strategic initiatives. Training and Development Promote a strong learning culture to empower high-performing teams and leaders. Help organize and participate in learning and adoption accelerator events, such as hackathons, workshops and knowledge sharing forums. Develop and execute a well-defined talent strategy to retain, assess and develop talent (presently and in the future). Help expand and enable comprehensive role-based learning pathways to cover roles and skills, address skill gaps, enable workforce planning, improve performance and create incentives and rewards.
