• Lead a small team within a product squad, partnering closely with Product & Design
• Shape roadmap, not just deliver it-owning both the what and the how
• Translate strategy into scalable, well architected solutions
• Stay hands on where needed coaching, unblocking, and raising engineering standards
• Improve how software gets built (tooling, workflows, AI adoption)

• Experience leading engineers in product driven teams
• Strong track record of delivering customer and commercial impact
• Solid system design + modern full stack or backend experience
• Pragmatic, outcome focused mindset
