About the TeamThe IT Business Engagement team is the primary interface between GSMA and IT, ensuring technology investment aligns with organisational priorities and delivers measurable value. As the function matures, the focus shifts to demand management, portfolio oversight, and enabling long term digital strategy rather than solely project delivery.
About the RoleYou will own senior stakeholder relationships and act as a strategic advisor on how technology can enable business objectives. You will lead the definition and management of IT demand across multiple initiatives, ensuring clarity of scope, priority, and value, while collaborating with IT delivery teams and key vendors. Your responsibilities include shaping and assessing business cases, overseeing budgets and delivery timelines, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring effective escalation and decision making at the right level. You will also collaborate with Legal and Procurement to assess and define enterprise IT toolsets and vendor approaches that support evolving business needs.
