Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Student Digital Literacies team, including staff and student employees.
  • Deliver projects that support the development of students' digital skills.
  • Oversee LinkedIn Learning for students, coordinate promotional campaigns and events.
  • Manage Digital Experience surveys, analyse and report on data, and share good practice across the institution.
  • Build partnerships with academic and professional services colleagues to embed digital literacies within the student experience.
Person Specification
  • Substantial experience supporting digital literacies and delivering engaging training and development activities.
  • Strong project management, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Experience of managing staff or project teams.
  • Ability to analyse information and produce reports for a range of audiences.
  • Knowledge of accessibility principles and a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience within higher education is advantageous.
