Pets at Home is seeking a Business Analyst (Software) to turn complex challenges into simple, meaningful solutions. You'll work with Product Owners, Developers, Designers and Testers to translate business needs into actionable requirements that enhance digital experiences in-store, online and for colleagues.
You'll conduct discovery, map journeys, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and support agile ceremonies.
