Dynamics 365 Lead Developer (Customer Engagement)

Hybrid role based in England, with a base location offered at one of our offices. Base location in London, candidate expected to work from the London office up to 5 days per month. Working hours 36 hours per week - flexible options considered.

Permanent.

£70,398 to £87,998 per annum (London) or £64,043 to £80,054 per annum (national).

• Lead the development and delivery of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions, including Mobile and Resource Scheduling Optimisation.
• Design, build and support complex field service applications using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, plugins, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and RESTful Web APIs.
• Collaborate closely with the Dynamics Field Service Architect to translate design specifications into resilient, well engineered solutions.
• Manage two Technical Consultants, providing coaching, mentorship and ensuring their work meets platform standards.
• Apply Dynamics ALM practices, environment strategy, source control and release pipeline management to maintain high quality delivery.
• Resolve difficult production issues and serve as a senior technical contributor for the team.

• Substantial hands on experience building, extending and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions in production.
• Strong knowledge of the Power Platform and Dataverse sufficient for sound design decisions.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript and related development environments.
• Experience with Dynamics ALM, source control, release pipelines and environment strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor junior technical staff and to coach engineers.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK, with no visa sponsorship available; candidate must reside in England or Wales during employment.

Occasional travel may be required. Flexible working arrangements are available.
