Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions, including Mobile and Resource Scheduling Optimisation. Design, build and support complex field service applications using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, plugins, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and RESTful Web APIs. Collaborate closely with the Dynamics Field Service Architect to translate design specifications into resilient, well engineered solutions. Manage two Technical Consultants, providing coaching, mentorship and ensuring their work meets platform standards. Resolve difficult production issues and serve as a senior technical contributor for the team. Required Skills & Experience Substantial hands on experience building, extending and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions in production. Strong knowledge of the Power Platform and Dataverse sufficient for sound design decisions. Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript and related development environments. Experience with Dynamics ALM, source control, release pipelines and environment strategy. Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor junior technical staff and to coach engineers. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Must be eligible to work in the UK, with no visa sponsorship available; candidate must reside in England or Wales during employment.
