Overview
Senior Delivery Lead to drive complex transformation at scale and elevate agile delivery across our enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Lead end to end delivery of major technology change initiatives, including platform, infrastructure and software development programmes.
- Select and apply the most effective delivery approach (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) to meet business and technology needs.
- Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Product and Platform Leads to align delivery plans, roadmaps and dependencies.
- Drive PI Planning, sprint coordination, delivery ceremonies and planning workshops to keep teams aligned and progressing.
- Maintain robust delivery governance, reporting and visibility of risks, dependencies, resources and timelines.
- Champion Agile, DevOps, automation and continuous improvement to enhance delivery performance and engineering excellence.
- Advise technology leaders on delivery strategy, implementation planning, resource requirements and risk management.
What You'll Need
- Significant experience leading large scale technology change and transformation programmes across complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Agile delivery, DevOps, SDLC and technical delivery management, with a strong understanding of modern technology operating models.
- Proven ability to work across Architecture, Engineering, Operations and Agile Release Trains to drive aligned, predictable delivery outcomes.
- Experienced in leading PI Planning, technical workshops and delivery ceremonies while managing complex dependencies and risks.
- Strong problem solving skills with experience in platform migrations, cloud adoption, infrastructure modernisation and legacy transformation.
- Influential leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, high emotional intelligence and a track record of building delivery capability and agile maturity.
- Familiarity with delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Apptio Target Process; relevant Agile, SAFe, Scrum or PMP certifications are advantageous.
