Apprentice Grounds Person - Level 3 Advanced Sports Turf Technician

Here at West Bromwich Albion Football Club we have an exciting opportunity to join our operations team as an Apprentice Grounds Person.

TheApprentice Grounds Person will support the maintenance and upkeep of outdoorspaces, ensuring they are safe, clean, and visually appealing. This roleprovides hands on training and development in grounds maintenance, landscaping,and horticulture, working under the supervision of experienced staff while progressing towards Level3 Advanced Sports Turf Technician. This apprenticeship will be allocated to a suitable apprenticeship provider.

Person Specification

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in grounds maintenance or horticulture
• Good level of physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic understanding of health and safety awareness
