IT Helpdesk Advisor - First Line Support

As an IT Customer Advisor based in Salisbury, you will serve as the primary contact for users requiring technical assistance. This temporary role, paying up to £13.45 per hour, offers 35 hours per week between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

You will handle queries via telephone, email and web chat, log all requests using dedicated software, resolve straightforward issues directly, and assign complex problems to specialist teams.
