A Admin Support role within the Community Collaborative has arisen, the role is based within Integrated Sexual Health Team. Ideally an experienced admin support officer/receptionist with knowledge of NCIC admin systems and processes.

As Admin Support you will provide efficient administration and effective support to the County Wide Integrated Sexual Health Service.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide reception cover and efficient administration support to the County Wide service.

Person Specification Qualifications
  • Minimum GCSE qualification in English Language or equivalent.
  • Level 3 Business administration or relevant experience/willingness to work towards Level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • Essential IT skills (EITS) or equivalent.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Diary management
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comprehensive experience of minute taking within a sensitive and confidential environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to generate routine correspondenceEssential IT skills (EITS) or equivalent.
  • Experience of INFORM electronic patient record system
