About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic part time Office Administrator for 20 hours per week with excellent IT and customer care skills to support their management team. This is an office based role. You will support the daily office procedures for the operations team and will act as a point of contact for all clients and employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. You will be highly motivated, proactive and have a good sense of humour. You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, both verbal & written with high levels of attention to detail, a good use of initiative, and be able to work flexibly and prioritise workloads to meet specific deadlines.
