At Sodexo Group, we are seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead the security operation at our London site. You will manage a team of 10 Security Officers, drive service excellence, and ensure safety, security and compliance across daily operations.
You will oversee day to day delivery of the contract, produce regular reports, manage staff scheduling and training, and work closely with the client and external agencies to maintain high standards and effective risk management.
