What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts, SSIS packages, and automated reporting solutions.
- Design dashboards and reports that improve operational visibility and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and increase reporting efficiency.
- Support healthcare analytics initiatives across multiple business areas.
- Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot reporting and data issues.
- Ensure data accuracy while meeting critical reporting deadlines.
- Support regulatory and operational reporting requirements.
What You'll Need to be Considered
- Strong hands on experience with SQL scripting, SSIS, reporting, and process automation.
- Experience building scalable reporting and business intelligence solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues independently.
- Healthcare analytics experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with EDI integrations is a major plus.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
