Michael Kors is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator for the EMEA region based in London. You will run the day to day operations of a global ecommerce platform across markets, drive site performance, and support campaigns and seasonal events to maximise online revenue.
You will collaborate cross functionally with Technology, Logistics, Customer Care and Commercial teams, manage multi market websites, and apply data insights and AI tools to optimize operations and reduce fraud and disputes.
